The 'Harvest Festival' is one of the most widely celebrated festivals around Southeast Asia. It is especially celebrated for the bounty it offers in the form of new crops. This is our tribute to that tradition with a selection of unique handmade dips and spreads that include; An Antipasti of Black Sesame Hummus &amp; Condiments An Antipasti of Baba Ghanoush &amp; Condiments Potted Tibetan Tawau Prawns Romesco Feta Cheese (Malaysian Buffalo Milk Feta) Dip Coconut Balsamic Marinated Mango Cheddar Cheese Cubes Roasted Curry Leaf Cashew Nuts All served with freshly baked Rosemary Focaccia and Vegan Mantou. Negombo mud crab, lovingly hand picked for you and wok tossed with shallots, lime and chili accompanied by crispy, fluffy homemade mantou. Good for a party of 4-5 people

A selection of claypot dishes, cooked over a charcoal coconut husk grill. Serves 4-5 people.

Local goat slow roasted in saffron spiced ghee and a Sarawak peppercorn chilli marinade, folded into a steamed rice topped with a creamy cashew nut masala Served with toasted aromatics and cooling tropical fruit raita. Good for a party of 4-5 people.

GOAT PULAO RICE (4-5 Guests)

A decadent steamed coconut rice in a mixture of Sago made sambals, with wild Tawau prawns braised in a serai infused sauce, crunchy anchovies, mussels, and sliced avocado. Comes with crunchy peanuts and crispy ikan bilis. Good for party of 4-5 people

GUNDA GUNDA RICE (4-5 Guests)

Two preparations of local eggplant, hot pickled in chili tamarind and smoked, chargrilled eggplant slices with Sago made paneer layered in pulao rice. Served with toasted aromatics and cooling tropical fruit raita. Good for party of 4-5 people

PANEER & EGGPLANT RICE [V] (4-5 Guests)

Tender, marinated chicken pieces are nestled within the layers of fragrant rice, slowly simmered to perfection in a traditional claypot. Each bite offers a burst of juicy flavor, as the chicken absorbs the rich, aromatic spices of the rendang sauce.

LAYERED CHICKEN RENDANG RICE (2-3pax)

Tender boneless lamb roasted in chili cumin masala and folded into jira rice with curried marrow bones. Served with cooling tropical fruit raita and spicy ginger pickle. Good for 4 to 5 people

Nestled beneath the layers of sumptuous beef rendang lies a bed of fragrant rice, cooked to fluffy perfection. The combination of tender beef, aromatic spices, and fluffy rice makes this traditional claypot dish a true feast for the senses.

Free range chicken pieces stewed in almond, cashew nut, green chili sauce. Served with aromatics and roasted cashews. Good for a party of 4 guests.

Roasted whole mushrooms in a smoky jerk dry rub, with a roasted chipotle cream sauce and chili caramelised pineapple. Good for 4 - 5 people

JERK MUSHROOM WITH ROASTED CHIPOTLE [V] (4-5 Guests)

Air flown Australian Angus beef ribs braised for 8 hours in a charcoal roasted coffee reduction, served with whipped garlic potatoes. Good for 4-5 people

KOPI BEEF RIBS (4-5 Guests)

Whole chicken in a dry rub of Caribbean style jerk spices. Served with smoked local eggplant, caramelised chili pineapple and chipotle cream sauce. Good for 4 to 5 people

Grilled barramundi fillet in a ginger lemongrass marinade with tamarind sautéed vegetables. Comes with a chili coconut sauce. Good for party of 4 to 5 people
